I began my real estate career in January, 2004 in my native city, Saint Petersburg, Florida where I have worked, lived and loved my entire life. I am a proud resident of St. Petersburg and currently reside in Northeast St. Pete. I attended Northeast High School and went on to attend Nova Southeastern University where my primary course study was Business. I am a member of the Pinellas Realtor Organization, Florida Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and am a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI).
Prior to my real estate career, I worked for 10 years at Verizon Information Services as a District Sales Manager. While there, I received many national awards for sales and service excellence.
My many years of corporate sales experience have taught me the value of building strong, lasting relationships by helping people reach their goals. I am very enthusiastic, resourceful, energetic and always eager to help! My willingness to roll up my sleeves and get the job done coupled with my strong negotiation skills will ensure everyone moves forward towards a successful closing.
Over the years, I have listed and sold a wide variety of properties including residential, commercial, short sales and bank foreclosures/REO. I believe that real estate is one of the most exciting investments one can make, and feel it should be a fun and rewarding experience. I am a real estate investor herself and my fiancé and I have renovated and sold homes in Euclid St. Paul, Pasadena and the Gulfport area.
In my spare time, I enjoy much of what Florida has to offer including boating, fishing and enjoying the beautiful parks with my fiancé, family and two dogs. I love our waterfront area and can appreciate and understand the specific needs of boaters. I believe that the Tampa Bay Area is a great place to live, work and play!
